There’s old saying to describe somewhere busy and hectic ‘ its like Piccadilly Circus.’ London’s famous traffic intersection is a tourist attraction in its own right. Connecting together five major streets, it proves the perfect meeting point for those looking to explore the West End. Who could miss those neon advert displays or the bronze Eros fountain? Piccadilly recognises its allure , so the attractions available are very much in the tourist mould. The Trocadero is its shopping and entertainment complex; complete with ‘Funland’ which houses Central London’s only bowling alley. Restaurants range from a huge Burger King to TGI Fridays which specialises in American casual dining. The Criterion Theatre is interestingly situated entirely underground. You’re not incredibly spoilt for choice but with neighbouring attractions so close by, it offers an awful lot more than most thoroughfares. And there’s even a good few nightclubs on the way to Leicester Square.
