Nom!
We don't live near many restaurants, so be within walking distance of this fantastic Indian is fabulous. If the smells wafting into the street aren’t enough to get you in, then the extensive menu, great prices and the fact that it’s packed out every night might persuade you. I’d recommend booking, but if it’s a spur of the moment decision to eat out, don’t worry, you can enjoy a nice sit down with a Cobra whilst you wait for a free table. We’ve always received a warm welcome and the service is spot on. I’d personally recommend the dansak, but my better half prefers the garlic chicken chilli masala, although that’s a tad too spicy for my taste buds.
Our takeaways have always been ready within 30mins, even at peak times, and you receive a 10% discount off the menu prices when you order this way. When you pick up your dinner it’s been handily packed into a box, so no need to worry if no-one’s available to ride shotgun. One word of warning though, sometimes the food containers can leak, so watch your lap, curry stains are a pain to clean!
Enjoy!
