My favourite place in the world and defiantly where I would spend all my money if I ever won the lottery, the many lovely scents as you walk into the shop oozing from the hand made products are amazing, granted this is a place for the girls as all the wonderful smells are too much for a man to handle. The products themselves also work miracles, my boyfriend had a break out of dermatitis on his hands and after much persuasion he used some of their “girly” hand cream for three days and it cleared up completely….not so girly after all!!!

I do love Lush - you can usually smell out a branch from quite a far a way (I mean this in a good way!). There are so many products on display it might be daunting if you have never been before but the staff are on hand for any questions. Some products are very fresh and come with a sell by date and a name of the person who made them which adds a quirky touch. They often have gift boxed sets made up to purchase with a ready selected bundle of products which can make it easier to choose if you are buying a gift. But you can't go wrong with a bath bomb - many a times copied but never as good as an original Lush bath bomb!

Lush are of course well known for their pefumes, soaps, shampoos and bath bombs! The shop smells divine when you pass and just can't resist going in! For those who don't already know...they make handmade versions of all of the above ..and more besides....not cheapest on the market but certainly good quality with all the ingredients listed and gorgeous smelling!
The Glasgow shop I find exceptionally friendly and helpful ( maybe they all are!). I was all prepared to purchase shampoo and conditioner but the assistant was extremely helpful and insisted on giving me samples to try first! What a difference that makes! Staff who care! The samples were free of charge and I was delighted! I'm not saying to go in and blag free samples...I do have particularly difficult hair and it was nice that this was appreciated and that the salesgirl actually cared! I love Lush anyway..and yes I can buy online but next time I'm back in Glasgow....I'll be back for the personal touch. can' recommend too highly. But must add...the sales staff are not pushy..if you want help it's there...if you just want to browse...they leave you alone!
