    Breakfast spot on Portobello Road

    This is my preferred spot to have breakfast in the Notting Hill/ Ladbroke Grove area.

    It is pretty low key and cramped but it suits me and the poached eggs (eggs benny or royale) are just the ticket. They also do a great coffee or a hot chocolate where they melt real chocolate on the inside of the glass. Unsure what the rest of the menu is like as I tend not to go off piste and stick to the same thing.

    Unfortunately they don't have fresh orange juice or anything that sophisticated (which is a shame) so it could be better. Come to think of it why did I give it 4 stars...no, I'm happy with that. It is a personal thing. Others I am sure might not be quite so impressed.
